Twin Buttes Annexation and Planned Development Conceptual Plan
A request from Eric Flora with Lightner Creek Ranch, LLC, represented by Mike Olson, for the annexation of approximately 597 acres with an initial zoning of PD, Planned Development. Also being considered is the conceptual plan which consists of two 595 residential units and approximately 70,000 square feet of commercial and civic space.

The proposed City of Durango Fair Share Housing Ordinance is part of a larger effort by the Regional Housing Alliance (RHA) of La Plata County to develop and implement policies for affordable and attainable housing within the City of Durango. The RHA is a multi-jurisdictional housing authority, which was enabled by state statute to operate as a separate governmental entity in the State of Colorado.
