Land Use Applications - Special Use Permits

Consult the Use/Zone Matrix Figure in Section 4-2-7 of the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) to see when a Special Use Permit (SUP) is required - SUP's are denoted by the letter "S" in the matrix.

Fees:
Major SUP	$250
Minor SUP  daycare  home occupations  fences	$  50
