Garage Sale Sign Permit Application

All person(s) wanting to place garage sale signs on the public right-of-way are required to complete an permit application and submit to the Public Works Department located at 1235 Camino del Rio.

City's right-of-way consists of any part of any:

• street
• alley
• sidewalk

Per City Code of Ordinance Chapter 21, Section 21-51, written permission is required for obstruction of any kind or nature on the City's right-of-way. Placing a garage sale sign on the public right-of-way without permission from the City is unlawful and subject to fines.
